Pay As You GOThrough the years, we have continued to refine our company’s business practice to better serve our customers. Many of our past customers financed their project with their own monies. Most of them used their funds from investment accounts or some other form of tax shelter. When we saw this becoming a common practice for most,  we decided to implement a “Pay as You Go” billing system to ensure our clients monies could stay in an interest bearing account as long as possible. Most contractors use a “draw system.”  In a “draw system” payment plan, the amount you pay the contractor is based on an estimation of how much of the project has been completed.  We found in most cases where this system is used, the deposits and draws were greater in comparison to the actual project status. Instead, our “Pay as You Go” system shows where you are exactly finacially and physically on your project.  We only invoice for completed work, which benefits our customers in several ways:

  • Your money remains in an interest bearing account longer, which results in more money in your pocket
  • Limits the amount of finace charges for those clients that are financing their project
  • Clearly shows where you are financially in comparison to the project status
  • Allows you to stop the project in event of emergencies without being overly committed.

In addition to our “Pay as You Go” system, we also have developed a detailed budget that is created job specific during the feasibility study of your project. This budget becomes part of your contract and is updated weekly with the weekly invoicing.

We believe in fully disclosing the exact amount you are paying for your project. Your budget will reflect items included on the weekly invoice and the variances will be tracked for every line item. This allows you to see what you are paying for, how it affects the project budget, and shows where you are financially in comparison to the projection completion.
